Affiliated with Premier Surgical Associates, one of the most established and respected surgical groups in East Tennessee, our Vein Clinics are staffed by board-certified general and vascular surgeons who are skilled in the use of the latest technology for the treatment of spider and varicose veins and venous disease.      

Over the past several years, great advancements have been made in the treatment of venous disease. Today, lasers are safely and effectively used to perform a number of procedures ranging from cosmetic non-invasive treatments to advanced treatments for complicated vein disease. Using a combination of techniques such as sclerotherapy, ambulatory phlebectomy or endovenous laser therapy, many vein conditions can be treated in the office by our surgeons and vein coordinators with very few side effects and little or no down time following treatment.
